The benefit of google docs is that collaboration with teachers and students will be easier. As previously mentioned in another post, I have to borrow and copy a students work, but with this, the teacher, student, and I can send the same document back and forth. The benefits are great, as well as time saving.
As far as google reader, this is a bit over whelming for me now. I did find anothers SLP's blog and subscribed to it. I see that google reader can do a lot, but I'd rather concentrate on some other tools.
